Meet the Westbridge Urban team

Damian Collins is the Chairman of Westbridge Funds Management. Having been an active investor himself for over 25 years, Damian continues to apply his extensive experience in property to help fellow investors make successful investment decisions. Damian has served on the REIWA Council since 2011 and was President of the Institute from 2018 to 2022. Damian continues to play an active role in advocating for the local real estate community in WA.

Philip holds a Bachelor of Law from The University of Western Australia and is the Head of Development at Westbridge Funds Management and Momentum Wealth. Philip has extensive experience in the end-to-end delivery of development projects across a broad spectrum of areas including residential land subdivision, residential apartments, commercial and retail built form, and industrial land subdivision. Philip is a strong advocate for WA’s residential property and development sector both within and outside of his role at the company and is an active member of the Property Council of WA Residential Committee.

Domenic brings over 15 years of development experience to Westbridge having held development management roles across a broad range of industry sectors including luxury residential, commercial development, private finance, and large-scale government infrastructure projects. Domenic holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) and has an extensive background of experience as both a Project Engineer and a Structural Design Engineer on residential and commercial buildings. Domenic provides holistic direction to our funds, working with project stakeholders to drive maximum outcomes at each stage of our developments.

Owen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Development & Valuation) from Curtin University and has a background in Commercial Valuations, Development and Syndication. As Assistant Development Manager, Owen plays a key role in the delivery of our syndicated projects and is passionate about applying creative and strategic solutions to maximise outcomes for all project stakeholders.

Tom holds a Bachelor degree in Property Development and Valuations and has built a strong foundation across valuations, property investment, and residential sales and lettings. Prior to joining Westbridge, Tom gained experience over several years across many areas of the property industry. As Assistant Development Manager, Tom is actively involved in the full lifecycle of development projects, working closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes. He is passionate about contributing to projects that create long-term value for both the business and the communities Westbridge serves.
