Damian Collins
Chairman
Damian Collins is the Chairman of Westbridge Funds Management. Having been an active investor himself for over 25 years, Damian continues to apply his extensive experience in property to help fellow investors make successful investment decisions. Damian has served on the REIWA Council since 2011 and was President of the Institute from 2018 to 2022. Damian continues to play an active role in advocating for the local real estate community in WA.
Jennifer Wakeman
Director
Jennifer is the co-founder and general manager of Momentum Wealth, a Perth-based property investment consultancy. She has more than 18 years’ experience working across a diverse range of industries, including banking, communications, agriculture and property. Jennifer joined the board of Westbridge on 1 July 2015 following the merger of the business with Momentum Wealth. She is qualified with a master of business administration (MBA), a bachelor of communications (public relations) and a diploma of property services (agency management).
John Mair
Director
Established the real estate business known as Mair & Co in 1966. John has specialised in property investment, development and management. Since 1966 John has been involved with the establishment of over 35 private syndicates and unit trusts to develop and/or invest in property. John has held a Real Estate and Business Agent’s Licence in Western Australia for over 30 years and holds an Auctioneer’s Licence. John is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.
Alex Donkin
Chief Financial Officer
Alex is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the property and funds management sector gained from over 15 years working in London, Amsterdam and Perth. Alex is responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, taxation, treasury, financing, risk management, ICT and compliance for the Group and Funds.
Before joining the Group Alex worked in senior finance and commercial roles with major international property group Lendlease. Prior to this, he held senior positions with an ASX listed international mining company and the accounting firm KPMG.
Alex Lambert
Head of Commercial Funds
As Head of Commercial Funds, Alex is responsible for the management of all funds and assets which are held within the Westbridge Funds Management property portfolio. Alex has 20 years’ plus experience in the property industry in both the UK and Australia. He has held senior positions within private property portfolios in the UK and worked in the WA office of one the largest property service providers globally. Alex has diverse experience in asset management, urban master-planning, investment, sales and leasing. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Philip Anderson
Head of Development
Philip holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Australia and is the Head of Development at Westbridge and Momentum Wealth. Philip has extensive experience in the end to end delivery of development projects across a broad spectrum of development areas including residential land subdivision, residential apartments, commercial and retail built form, and industrial land subdivision. Philip is a strong advocate for WA’s residential property and development sector both within and outside of his role at the company, and is an active member of the Property Council of WA Residential Committee.
Simon Worth
Head of Capital Transactions
Simon is a qualified Licenced Valuer with over 19 years of commercial property experience throughout Australia having spent a significant amount of his career working in Sydney and Melbourne. He has held senior roles with global and national real estate investment trusts in capital transactions and valuations. Simon is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and holds two Bachelor of Commerce degrees from UWA (Finance and International Business Economics) and Curtin University (Property). As Westbridge’s Head of Capital Transactions, Simon is responsible for developing and implementing the acquisitions strategy across the fund portfolio.
Rikki Lushey
Head of Marketing
Rikki Lushey is a brand strategist with over 20 years’ experience in building and connecting brands with the customers who they assist. Over her career, Rikki has developed a passion for the property industry and believes in empowering consumers through clear and transparent information. She has worked with clients ranging from startups through to SMEs and ASX listed companies across a number of industries including technology, property, finance and construction.
Brad Dunn
Key Relationships Manager
Brad holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Business Management and has over 14 years’ experience in commercial finance and relationship management, as well as seven years’ experience as a small business owner. Responsible for managing existing investor relations as well as developing new business alliances, Brad also engages with new investors for upcoming funds and fosters strategic business partnerships. Brad has been with Westbridge for three years and during that period has raised over $250 million in funds for the group.

Alex Lambert
Head of Commercial Funds
Alex is responsible for the asset management of the trusts and syndicates which are held within Westbridge’s property portfolio. Alex has fourteen years’ experience in the property industry in both the U.K and Australia. He has held senior positions within private property portfolio’s in the U.K and in one of the largest property service providers. Alex has diverse experience in asset management, urban master-planning, investment and sales and leasing. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Alex Conradie
Asset Manager
Holding a bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance), Alex joins Westbridge with a wealth of experience in the asset management space. Alex has held positions as an Asset Management Analyst for a leading engineering consulting firm in WA, as well as Head of Facilities for the iconic Ritz Carlton Towers in Elizabeth Quay. As Asset Manager at Westbridge, Alex focuses on maximising returns for our investors through strategic planning and optimising performance of the assets across our commercial funds portfolio.
Aaron Callahan
Capital Transactions Associate
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property and Finance) from Curtin University and has previous experience working as a Capital Markets Analyst for a leading independent real estate consultant. Aaron supports the implementation and delivery of the acquisitions strategy across the Westbridge Funds Management portfolio and he is passionate about uncovering value for investors through analysis and research.

Domenic Nardelli
Development Manager
Domenic brings over 15 years’ experience to Westbridge having held development management roles across a broad range of industry sectors including luxury residential, commercial development, private finance, and large-scale government infrastructure projects. Domenic holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours), and has an extensive background of hands-on experience as both a Project Engineer and a Structural Design Engineer on residential and commercial buildings. As Development Manager, he provides holistic direction for our funds, working with project stakeholders to drive maximum outcomes at each stage of our developments.
Brianna Barrett
Assistant Development Manager
Brianna holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Human Resources. She brings valuable experience to the Westbridge team, having previously held roles as a Project Manager at the City of Swan and Fortescue Metals Group. As Assistant Development Manager, Brianna supports the end-to-end delivery of our syndicated development projects at Westbridge Funds Management, as well as assisting with client developments for our residential property advisory arm, Momentum Wealth.
Anton Kuczerepa
Assistant Development Manager
Anton is an experienced Project Manager with an extensive background in construction and development. His career has encompassed a wide-ranging sector portfolio, including multi-storey apartments, mixed-use facilities & commercial properties. As Assistant Development Manager, Anton plays a key role in the delivery of both our private client and syndicated projects, using his end-to-end experience to maximise outcomes across all stages of the planning and development lifecycle. Anton holds a Bachelor of Design Majoring in Architecture from The University of Western Australia.

Brad Dunn
Key Relationships Manager
Brad holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Business Management and has over 14 years’ experience in commercial finance and relationship management, as well as seven years’ experience as a small business owner. During Brad’s first three years at Momentum Wealth and Westbridge he raised over $150 million in funds for the group.
Philip Barton
Key Relationships Manager
Phil holds a Diploma of Mortgage Broking and has previously managed his own retail mortgage broking business. Phil has worked in the finance industry in both Australia and the United Kingdom and has partnership management experience within the not-for-profit sector. Phil draws on his 20 years’ finance experience and a broad network of industry contacts to develop new business partnerships and to foster positive experiences for investors.
Emmanuel Ranga
Key Relationships Manager
Emmanuel joins our team with extensive experience in client-facing roles across the finance and wealth management sectors, most recently serving as Senior Private Client Manager for NAB’s Private Wealth division. As Key Relationships Manager, Emmanuel is passionate about forging meaningful connections with our clients through the delivery of top-tier service. His client-centric approach is anchored in a profound understanding of our investors’ unique goals and objectives. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Finance, a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Accounting, and is a Qualified Chartered Banker.
Riley McPherson
Strategic Relationships Manager
Riley has over a decade’s experience in key relations, having managed corporate partnerships for some of the world’s largest insurance companies. Responsible for overseeing and growing our business partnerships at Westbridge, Riley is passionate about working together with likeminded businesses to develop collaborative solutions that help clients achieve better outcomes for their property portfolios.
Poppy Wood
Client Services Advisor
As our Client Services Advisor at Westbridge Funds Management, Poppy plays a key role in supporting our investors throughout the raising process while upholding compliance standards across our property funds. Poppy has extensive experience in customer service roles across the banking and finance industry, previously serving in the Mortgages department for a prominent retail and commercial bank in the UK. Poppy is passionate about building and sustaining client relationships, and loves playing a part in delivering Westbridge’s investor-first approach.

Geoff Barrett
National Property Manager & Team Leader - Commercial Property
Geoff is the Team Leader of our in-house commercial property management team at Westbridge, and has over 14 years of experience in the asset management industry. Geoff has played a pivotal role in managing the growth of our national property portfolio, implementing key systems and processes to scale efficiencies in line with a three-fold increase in commercial assets under management. Geoff is passionate about delivering proactive strategies to improve the value of our commercial assets as well as building strong relationships with our tenants and contractors to support positive outcomes for all stakeholders across our funds.
Ian McNerney
Commercial Property Manager
Beginning his real estate career in mortgage broking, Ian followed his passion for property into commercial property and asset management in 2016. Over this time, he has managed a diverse portfolio of assets spanning the industrial and retail sectors. Ian is particularly passionate about unlocking the value-add potential of commercial assets through a hands-on approach to portfolio and stakeholder management. Ian holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, a Westralian Property Management Registration, and a Certificate III in engineering.
