Over the past two decades, we’ve significantly grown our commercial properties under management while maintaining attractive returns for our investors.
As of March 2026, we have 17 active funds across our commercial property portfolio with a combined value of circa $802 million.

Our Residential Funds
Since 2015, we’ve been providing investors with the opportunity to invest in iconic property development projects across some of Perth’s most desirable locations.
As at March 31, 2026, we have 7 active residential development funds under management with a total end value across these projects of circa $261 million.
