The book was excellent and thoroughly explained how to start with residential property and then move into commercial property to build an income for life. I particularly liked the 9 steps that were explained well and in systematic order. The finals steps were particularly relevant to our family. I highly recommend this book for anyone investing in property, whether you are starting out or getting closer to retirement. The best property investment book I have read.

Damian’s Story

A seasoned property investor with over 30 years’ experience, Damian transitioned from his role as a Chartered Accountant to focus on growing his own real estate investment portfolio. He subsequently founded the MW Group in 2006 to help others in achieving similar success. Serving as the Founder and Managing Director of Momentum Wealth, our residential property advisory arm, and as Chairman of Westbridge Funds Management, Damian has spearheaded opportunities for thousands of Australians to capitalise on the benefits of property investment. In addition to providing strategic leadership across the Group, Damian has been ardent supporter of Australia’s real estate industry. He served on the REIWA Council for over 12 years between 2011 and 2023, including as President of the Institute from 2018 to 2022.
