Invest in iconic property development projects across Perth
At Westbridge Funds Management, we provide access to high-quality property development investment opportunities through our residential property funds.
Structured as syndicated investments (i.e. ‘residential property syndicates’), our residential real estate funds enable investors to gain exposure to premium, boutique development projects in some of Perth’s most desirable locations, with investments starting from $100,000.
Our residential property funds are open to sophisticated investors who qualify as wholesale investors under the Corporations Act 2001.
Access to high-quality development projects
The pooled nature of our residential development funds enables us to target larger, high-quality projects in some of Perth’s most renowned lifestyle locations. Our team’s extensive networks and in-depth knowledge of town planning policies help us locate high-potential opportunities, sourced both on and off the market.
Opportunity for diversification
Investments in our residential real estate funds can start from as low as $100,000. This provides our investors with an opportunity to diversify their capital across multiple projects, to spread their risk and achieve greater diversification across their portfolio.
Expert management
Our funds are managed by our team of residential development specialists, who have extensive experience in the end-to-delivery of development projects across Perth and Australia. The team oversees all aspects of our residential development funds from strategy and site acquisition through to ongoing management, maintaining a consistent focus on maximising investor returns.

Through each of our residential funds, our goal is to provide unique property investment and growth opportunities through iconic developments that also make a significant contribution to the local environment and community.
