Head of Development
Philip holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Australia and is the Head of Development at Westbridge and Momentum Wealth. Philip has extensive experience in the end to end delivery of development projects across a broad spectrum of development areas including residential land subdivision, residential apartments, commercial and retail built form, and industrial land subdivision. Philip is a strong advocate for WA’s residential property and development sector both within and outside of his role at the company, and is an active member of the Property Council of WA Residential Committee.
Domenic holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) and holds 14 years’ experience across a range of sectors in the property industry. Domenic has experience in project engineering and managing development projects, with projects spanning across Australia and industries; from commercial, industrial, hotels and small and large scale residential developments. As a Development Manager at Westbridge, Domenic provides “end to end” direction and management of property developments and investments by strategically driving teams to achieve key milestones, continually seeking value-add solutions and maintaining heavy focus on what is best for customers throughout the entire property investment journey.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) and brings extensive experience to the team. Previous roles as a Town Planner, Project Manager and Development Manager have allowed Jeremy to develop experience across the full width of the industry. Having managed developments in Victoria and Queensland adds to Jeremy’s range of experience and he was instrumental in establishing Peet’s Medium Density department. As Development Manager at Momentum Wealth, Jeremy plays an influential role establishing relationships with clients and helping them build wealth through property whilst also contributing to the sustainability and liveability of Perth.
Assistant Development Manager
Patrick joins our team with a wealth of experience in project management, having held key roles across strata management and real estate development in his home country of South Africa. Patrick holds a BSc in Property Studies and is passionate about working with clients to develop projects that achieve the right balance between design, functionality, and budget. As Assistant Development Manager, Patrick plays a key role in assisting the coordination of our syndicated development projects as well as supporting the end-to-end delivery of private client projects through our sister company, Momentum Wealth.
