Having developed and sold a 7-Eleven Service Station and sub-divided the remaining land, serving the land and securing a DA for further development the Fund has realised substantial profits and returned significant funds to Investors. Following the return to Investors, equivalent to almost all of initial equity invested, the trust still holds Beldon Shopping Centre and an adjoining car wash generating adjusted income returns of 237% p.a.
