Diversified Property Fund No. 3

Diversified Fund No.3 is the third edition of Westbridge’s highly popular Diversified Fund series. These Funds offer investors the opportunity to invest in a portfolio of high-quality commercial properties diversified by state, asset class and number of tenants.

The Diversified No.3 Fund has acquired $52 million of commercial property since inception in September 2020 and under the final raise, targeted  $75m – $90m of assets (final settlement of assets pending), with diversification through 3 states, and multiple-use sectors including industrial logistics, retail and medical along with a strong mix of national and international tenants.
